Year 7 Humanities

What better way to celebrate the end of term learning in Humanities by getting a head start in Geography! 🌏

Our Year 7s all rose to the challenge set by their teachers to go "Around the World in 60 Minutes".

Students used their best collaboration skills to explore the 7 continents from different perspectives - cities, countries, water features, mountains, historical events and famous people. Teams had only 7 minutes at each station before they were met with the next challenge!

Some friendly competition meant the team with the most (accurate) additions to our collaborative posters won a Makerspace voucher for each team member.

Congratulations to our winning teams and we look forward to exploring Geography more in Term 3!
