Winter Round Robin

On Wednesday July 26 our Year 5 & 6 students took part in the Upper Yarra District winter sports round-robin.  We entered the Netball, Volleyball and Football.

The Netballers had a most successful day, playing with enthusiasm and skill, winning 6 of the 8 pool games and then playing in the minor final.

The Volleyballers played 3, 3 set matches.  They won, one set in two matches and two sets in the third match, so they finished the day with one win and two losses.

The Footballers played four matches, winning two and losing two, to finish third out of five schools.  They played each game with enthusiasm and effort and improved as each game progressed.
