Kempsey Show Society - Showgirl Competition 

On the 13-14 March 2021 the Kempsey Show Society will be facilitating a Showgirl Information Day and the Annual Kempsey Showgirl Competition. These events are open to young women aged between13 and 24. Both events are free.

The 2021 Kempsey Showgirl Information Day is a skills based event to better equip young women to enter the workforce. It runs from 9:00 am to 3:30pm on the Saturday and will include a number of guest speakers and activities. Some of the skills that will be covered are public speaking, interviews, presentation, etiquette and career options in the Macleay. The Information Day will be held at the Kempsey Showgrounds and lunch is provided.

The Kempsey Showgirl Competition will follow on the Sunday. There are three age groups and the event includes an interview with our judges, and a sit-down dinner. All entrants in the competition will receive free entry into the show, and there are a number of amazing prizes on offer.

The competition is an excellent opportunity for young women to develop their skills to prepare them for the workforce and to improve upon their own self confidence. The opportunities from the competition are endless.

Frederickton Netball Club

If you are thinking of starting a sport, Netball could be for you. We would love you to join our team. The netball season includes Saturday Games held in Kempsey from 27th March 2021 to September 2021 with some Saturdays OFF due to school holidays and public holidays.
