Student Wellbeing

At Kempsey High School we support the Department of Education’s Wellbeing Framework to create learning environments that enable students to be healthy, happy, engaged and successful. 

The wellbeing of all the students at Kempsey High School is of vital importance to all the staff.

In 2021 at KHS we have a Wellbeing Team made up of:

Jed Peisley – Deputy Principal Years 8, 10, 12 ground floor A block 

Jane Walker (Head Teacher) - office near Language Centre 

2 Counsellors Leesa Field and Carmel Muddle - top floor B block 

Eleisha Krix (Youth Worker) - office near Language Centre

Georgie Murphy - Aboriginal Education Officer in Aboriginal Education Centre

Clontarf Academy – Grant Schubert, Richard Dixon and Sam Drew – C block 

Girls Academy - Misty Kelly C block
