SCHOOL OF ROCK 2023

Lalor North SC Music students had a great day singing and playing their tunes at the Northern Region School of Rock at Melrose receptions in Tullamarine. 

This is an annual music concert attended by primary and secondary schools in the Northern region on a professional stage with music industry standard equipment provided by Allegro Music and with a supportive and energetic audience in attendance. 

Our amazing music students got their turn to play these great songs as the headline act: 

• Sweater Weather (Year 12 VET Rock band)  
• Waterfalls (Vocal Group)  
• Shalala lala (Combined Year 9 to 12 Band)  
• Footloose (Combined Year 9 to12 Band 2) 

A big thanks to all the music students who attended and performed, including Vet music students enrolled in our course from other secondary schools  (Jordyn Bernadone, Matthew Raeck, Adrian Ellul, Adam Brooks, Theresa Leiataua, Marleen Tuatagaloa, Nova Wagner, Julliette Tearea, Charlie Mylas, Sibel Jemal, Helen Tuatagaloa, Albert Dewalt, Jessica Bogoevski, Jesse Haranas, Hadi Alao, Azaliah Fakalago), to Lou Rossini (who organised everything) and the other music staff who supported the students (Dino Azzollini, Mia Sifonios, Phil Smardenkas, John Smardenkas)
