Year 12 Hospitality

Year 12 Hospitality have hit the ground running with their first practical class in the new commercial kitchen.

Their brief was to produce a hot and cold appetiser/finger food menu; so they made mini steak verde, pappadum bites with mango chicken, spicy cherry tomato bites, pizza scrolls and spinach parcels.

Year 9 Photography

Look at some of the very special images our Year 9 Photography class produced  when experimenting with one of the first and oldest photographic methods: cyanotypes! 

Students had to prepare the chemical solution and expose their prints in the sun to create an impression of foliage they had collected from around the school. 

Fantastic class and a great outcome!
