For those students commencing first year studies in the following VET studies in 2023, please be aware that your VET Orientation Day will be held on WEDNESDAY 30 NOVEMBER.

For those students commencing first year studies at BOX HILL INSTITUTE in the following VET studies in 2023, your Orientation Day is on WEDNESDAY 7 DECEMBER. 

The session will be online, and you will be emailed the information regarding this session.

Our Apprenticeship Program provides an opportunity for three (3) Apprentices per year (1 Sweet and 2 Savoury) to complete a three (3) year Apprenticeship in our world-renowned kitchen, with the opportunity to be trained, mentored and work alongside our award-winning Chefs.
