YEAR 10 COOKING FOR COMPANY

The Year 10's in Mrs Haritonidis’ and Ms Marshall's Cooking for Company classes recently completed their Food Truck Design Pracs. This was their major task for the semester they had been working towards for the past 6 – 8 weeks.

Students had to find their own recipes, multiply them to serve 16, prepare and serve for staff at recess. They were also tasked with the creation of flyers to promote their Food Trucks.

They prepared Souvlaki, Brownies, Carbonara, Tacos, Churros, Beef and Blackbean with rice, Pizza and Milo Trifle.

The feedback from staff was wonderful. We even had to turn teachers away as it proved a very popular event!
