What does dress code 'Hollywood Glamour' mean?

Think 'formal' - it's not fancy dress!

FEMALES: Floor-length dress/gown or cocktail dress.

MALES: Suit (black tie optional).

Will there be allocated seating?

No, it will be a cocktail-style event so everyone can move about easily and mingle throughout the evening.

What's included in the ticket price?

Tickets are $60 per person and include:

a complimentary drink on arrival
finger food and grazing stations
exciting live entertainment and a DJ
a beautiful venue
one free entry to go into the draw to win some fabulous prizes!!!

How do I purchase a ticket?

Available on Qkr > School Events > 2019 BNPS Gala until 3.30pm on Friday 23 August!

When and where is it being held?

Saturday 24 August (7.30pm - 12.30am) at the Royal Melbourne Golf Club (Cheltenham Road, Black Rock).

What is being auctioned on the night?

We have some amazing LIVE auction items so make sure you have your credit card handy!

Will there be a 'silent' auction?

Yes! We have an online 'silent' auction so you can arrange your bidding beforehand and simply enjoy the night! Please CLICK/TAP HERE to take a look and grab yourself a bargain! Bidding CLOSES at 10:00PM ON SATURDAY 24 AUGUST.

Please note that you must REGISTER AS A BIDDER and ENTER YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS before you can bid on any of the items. You can also download the Auctria Mobile Bidding app which is an easy way to keep track of your bids and ensure that no-one out bids you! However, you must register via the website before you can use the app.

Collection of Auction Items

All auction items will be available for collection from the foyer in the main school building on Monday (26 August) from 8.30 – 9.15am and again from 3:15 – 4.00pm.

All funds raised will go directly towards upgrading our school grounds and play equipment!

* T&Cs: Vehicle to be picked up on Friday afternoon and returned Monday morning. All bookings subject to availability. Not available on long weekends or public holidays. Maximum distance for travel is 500km. Driver must be 21 years old and hold a current driver’s license. Vehicle must be returned with at least half a tank of fuel and in a clean, acceptable condition. Excludes A8, R8, S and RS models. Vehicle Loan agreement to be signed prior to taking vehicle.
