Ruby Conti (11 Millward)

Congratulations to Ruby Conti for representing Australia at the Aerobic Gymnastics Plovdiv Cup in Bulgaria. Held from 6 to 8 October, the event brought together 500 elite aerobic gymnasts from 19 nations to compete, with Ruby headlining the Australian contingent. While she missed out on a place in the top 20 after a fall in training required her to pull back the difficulty of her routine, Ruby was pleased to complete a clean routine and gained a lot from the experience of training with the Bulgarian National Team. 

Brandon Tuohy (8 Frew)

Brandon Tuohy was awarded a place in the Melbourne Theatre Company Youth Scholarship course, which took place in the first week of the Term 3 holidays. Brandon was one of 25 students selected from around Victoria. The annual Youth Scholarship Course is a life-changing week of drama workshops at Melbourne Theatre Company. The course provides an opportunity for young people to learn and develop drama skills, confidence, self-awareness and self-expression while building friendships and a lifelong affinity for theatre. Congratulations, Brandon!

Benjamin Lim (10 Frew)

Congratulations to Benjamin Lim, who represented Victoria in the U17 boys division of the State Youth Volleyball Championships held in Bendigo during the school holidays. Ben was also selected to attend a National Development Program with Australian volleyball coaches immediately following the championships.
