Year 7 Report

Our Year 7 cohort has had a busy first Semester at Koo Wee Rup Secondary College. Students have recently competed for the College with great pride, with football, netball, soccer, athletics, and cross-country teams achieving fantastic results at district and regional levels. Currently, Year 7 students are halfway through their first round of the Level Up 7 Program. An initiative where students can gain and lose points for their form group. At the end of Week 3 of next term, the 3 highest-scoring forms will earn a hot chip lunch to celebrate their efforts and achievements. To conclude Term 2, we welcomed Sexual Health Victoria in to speak to our Year 7 cohort about puberty and overall health.

Year 7 students also had their final assembly of the term, during which the following students were awarded for their achievements. Congratulations to not only those students who were recognised at assembly, but to all Year 7 students on completing their first semester of secondary college.
