Instrumental Music Program

We are excited to announce the introduction of instrumental music lessons from next term. These lessons will be taught by Ms Freeman, one of our Performing Arts teachers. 

Students can choose from the following instruments:

• Voice
• Piano/Keyboard
• Guitar
• Drums
• Bass

The lessons will be small groups of 2 - 4 students. They take place during class time and occur at the same time each week. Students who take part in the lessons are expected to catch up on any work they miss from their regular classes. Students who fall behind in their class work may be removed from the music program. 

To gain the most from music lessons it is important that students are able to practice at home. The College is unable to provide students with loan instruments. Families will need to source instruments for their child.

Students wishing to take part in the Instrumental Music Program must complete the expression of interest form below. The College will take into account attendance and learning characteristics when making the decision of who is eligible to participate. Students and their parents will be notified in early next term regarding the outcome of their expressions of interest.
