Update of Family Information Student Enrolment
Thank you to all families who have completed the form to update their information with us.
Each year, the Department of Education provides funding to schools based on student enrolment information. A portion of this funding is determined by the Student Family Occupation and Education (SFOE) index, which is calculated using the information provided on your child’s enrolment form, including:
- Parent/guardian occupation descriptions and occupation codes
- Highest levels of school education completed
- Highest levels of non-school education completed
It is important that the information we hold for your family is accurate and up to date. We also ask that you ensure your current contact details are correct.
Please complete the form using the link below. A QR code is also available and can be scanned to access the form directly.
We kindly ask that all forms be completed by Wednesday 15 July.
Thank you for your assistance and support.
