Year 10 Immunisations

Whitehorse Council will be visiting VSC to offer free immunisations to all students in Year 10 on Thursday 9th October (Term 4, Week 1).

Do you want your student to receive an immunisation?

• Yes - Please select "I consent" on the online form
• No - Please select "I do not consent" on the online form

This must be completed by Tuesday 16th September so that the Council can prepare the correct amount of vaccines. 

If you have any questions, please refer to the emails that have been sent to Year 10 parents/guardians recently. 

Student illness during the school day

If your student is feeling unwell during the school day, they are to go directly to the First Aid Centre, where they will be cared for and monitored. Staff will determine if the parent/guardian will need to be contacted. Staff will sign students out of the school if they leave through First Aid.

Student Medication

Please note that First Aid staff cannot dispense any medication, including paracetamol, without a completed authorisation form that accompanies medication.

Student Medical Information

If your student has a medical condition, please ensure this information has been communicated to our staff. We have reached out to many families for updated medical information recently and would appreciate any completed forms returned.
