  • Christian, 2B: 1 medal in the U9 Boys and Girls age group

These are great achievements. Congratulations Mawson, Christian and Tegan!

Athletics

We would like to wish Elsie, 2A the best of luck as she competes in the Under 9 Girls 200m Relay at the State Finals this weekend. Elsie represents Brighton Athletics Club and will be competing at Albert Park Stadium. We can't wait to hear your results on Monday Elsie!

Cubs

Daniel C, Year 5 and Lachie W, Year 4, received their Grey Wolf award at Cubs last night. It's the highest award you can achieve in Cub Scouts and very few Cubs go on to achieve it (I think it's 5% who do achieve it). The Grey Wolf award requires the cubs to develop skills in the areas of bushcraft, bush walking, camping, personal development and reflection as well as project management.

School Community Invitation from Miss Eather

Each year, my family holds a Christmas lights display in Sandringham to raise funds for the National Breast Cancer Foundation, which is close to my family's hearts. Over the past three years, our incredible community has helped us raise nearly $50,000 for this fantastic cause.

Come along and be a part of this festive celebration! Our nightly show will run every night from 8.30 PM to 11:00 PM. Additionally, for our little ones, our Kids Show will run from December 15th to December 25th, running from 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM, featuring a magical snow machine to delight the kids!

If you wish to join us, please do not drive down Grange Road to view the display. We kindly ask you to park in a neighbouring street and walk over. Please refer to the links below for more information.
