Student of the Month

As part of our acknowledgement of students who are representing our College Values, we will be presenting Student of the Month awards to students we believe have best represented the values during each month.

7A- Rahi Dharam Kappadiya

"Rahi is a hardworking student who is proactive in her learning. She has progressed in growing her confidence in sharing her insightful contributions in Humanities. Rahi dedicates alot of her effort and care into her work which is reflected in her assessment results."

7B- Aidan Halkett

"Aidan has consistently demonstrated the college values throughout the year, however this term there has been a huge improvement in his overall confidence in approaching his learning, contributing to class discussions, being helpful to the teacher and his peers and asking for help and showing his work more consistently."

7C- Angel Salim

"Angel has been a role model student throughout her time at Brinbeal in 7C. Angel is always very inclusive of others and has shown her ability to work with anyone. Angel is mature beyond her years and she is a fantastic student. I hope Angel can have more confidence in herself to go for leadership roles within the school next year."

7D- Svara Patel

"Savara is a quiet student who always does her best in class. She is persistent in her pursuit for better outcomes. She is always willing to go the extra mile to assist other students. A very good model of the school's values."  

7E- Sohum Sahni

"Sohum has been an active member of his group, working hard and supporting others to do so. Additionally, he has helped a new student feel welcome and supported into the class.

 

Sohum is consistently a respectful member of 7E. He makes good choices and cooperates well in group activities. He sets a good example for his peers in the class."

7F- Samara Garg

"Samara has shown consistent growth and will to learn. She has demonstrated positive behaviour all the times. Samara is very respectful towards her teachers and peers."

7G- Maheen Sheikh

"Maheen has consistently been an exemplar student all year. She is always completing her work to a high standard, offerring to assist in hosting brain breaks, contributing to class discussions in a positive and respectful manner. She always completes her homework in English on time and in great detail." 

 

7H- Aryan Tavish Reddy

"Aryan is a fantastic member of 7H. Aryan is someone who enjoys a debate and can always be relied on to keep class interesting with his curiosity and confidence. It was great to see Aryan work collaboratively with his group for his HAPE assessment, and his ability to speak publicly is beyond his years. Looking forward to seeing Aryan put himself out there for future leadership roles at the school. 

Aryan is also a hard worker in Spanish classes. He readily engages in activities, uses help-seeking techniques when needed, and is often helping his peers."

7I- Farzain Mir

"Farzain is a consistantly positive member of our class who is always aspriring to do his best. He seeks feedback on his work and asks clarifying questions. He has been a leader within his group project this month and has demonstrated strong collaboration and communication skills, ensuring that his group stays organised and on task. 

Farzain is always engaged and actively participating during Spanish classes. He is also helpful  and supportive towards his peers."

7J- Keira McEwan

"Keira is a role model within the classroom. She always displays the school values of Respect and Achievement by completing work to the best of her ability, supporting her peers and actively participating in class discussions."

7K- Domenic Zito

"Dominic is respectful within class and completes his work to the best of his abilities. He stays on task and avoids distractions of his peers."

8A- Royston Chandra

"Royston has shown continuous effort and determination in systems. Royston's leadership and willingness to assist peers has not gone unnoticed, keep up the great work!"

8B- Daisy Elisa

"Daisy is a kind and warm student who is always ready to help others. She shows great enthusiasm for learning Chinese and Systems and actively takes part in class discussions. She is a wonderful role model for her classmates."

8C- Vidya Kolli

"Vidya is such a valuable member of 8C. She always has a positive outlook on all that she completes, which is shown through her strong relationships and outcomes in her learning. Vidya should be proud of all she has accomplished so far this year."

8D- Ishaal Ahmed

"Ishaal has consistently demonstrated the college values throughout the year in both English and Humanities. She always strives to achieve great marks in all assessment tasks and is always helpful towards her peers. She is always contributing to class discussions and being a positive member of the school both in and out of the classroom."

8E- Haylie DeBattista

"Haylie has shown great improvement with her attendance this month. This shows her aspiration to achieve and developing dedication to her schooling. She is a respectful member of our class who is always willing to contribute to class discussions.

 

Haylie has shown significant growth in her engagement in Performing Arts. She contributes to class discussion and collaborates well with her peers during group work."

8F- Mahdi Hussain

"Mahdi is a very focused and hard-working student. He makes good use of his time in class to complete the assigned work to the best of his ability. Well respected by his peers, he is often the person students go to for help. 

Mahdi is a respectful member of our class who is always aspiring to achieve his best. He frequently contributes to class discussions, gets his work done to a high standard and supports others to achieve their best."

8G- Cedric Acebu

"Cedric has been consistently representing the school values and been a kind and respectful member of his class."

8H- Alina Omar

"Alina has improved immensely this year in her engagement and learning. Alina is able to ignore distractions and focus on her work. Alina is a very respectful student who I can always rely on to share her thoughts, ideas and opinions and she is well respected by all her peers. 

 

Alina has shown impressive growth in her engagement this term. She has taken on new responsibilities, such as volunteering to read the daily notices in Mentor Group, and is making a strong effort to stay focused and complete tasks during lessons. Her commitment to improvement and willingness to contribute to the school community make her a worthy nominee for Student of the Month."

8I- Zaid Khan

"Zaid consistently demonstrates the college values during every lesson and activity. He always shows respect to his peers and teachers, he collaborates well during group tasks and works hard to achieve his best. 

 

Zaid is a very respectful and considerate student. He is consistently polite, engaged, and upholding the school values."
