Koori Aspirations Program: Inspiring Innovation and Creativity

We are proud to share that 12 of our young Indigenous students participated in the second interactive workshop of the Koori Aspirations Program at Yarra Ranges Tech School. The workshop provided an exciting opportunity for students to explore creative ways to engage with technology, innovation, and project development, building skills that will serve them well in school and beyond.

A special congratulations goes to Indigo, who was selected to represent our school with her outstanding interview skills. Indigo’s contribution has been featured in an upcoming podcast to be released by Yarra Ranges Tech School, highlighting the voices and experiences of young Indigenous innovators.

Programs like this are invaluable in supporting our students’ aspirations, nurturing creativity, and connecting them with pathways in technology and innovation. We are incredibly proud of all our students involved and the inspiring way they continue to engage with learning opportunities that celebrate their culture, creativity, and potential.
