Year 4/5

Students in Year 4 and 5 have had an exciting and musical few weeks! They’ve learnt and practised along with Abli (our Artist in Resident) a vibrant African drumming routine, along with a traditional song and dance. Their hard work and enthusiasm shone through in a fantastic performance shared with families. Throughout the process, students built their self-confidence by learning new skills, working together, and performing on stage in front of an audience, an amazing achievement! To top it all off, they also enjoyed an excursion to Hamer Hall, where they were treated to the incredible melodies and powerful sounds of the Air Force Band — a truly inspiring musical experience!
