Year 9 Adventure Camp at Phillip Island

Year 9 Phillip Island Camp

Earlier this month, our Year 9 students travelled to Phillip Island Adventure Resort for an exciting camp experience focused on connection, resilience, teamwork, and supporting students in their transition into Suzanne Cory High School.

Across the camp, students embraced a range of outdoor and team-based activities, including raft making, canoeing, the flying fox, giant swing, and suspended crate building. 

These experiences encouraged students to step outside their comfort zones, work collaboratively, and build confidence while creating lasting memories with their peers.

Despite the rainy weather at times, students approached each challenge with positivity and enthusiasm, demonstrating resilience, teamwork, and strong cohort spirit throughout the program.

The camp provided a valuable opportunity for students to strengthen friendships, develop new connections, and further immerse themselves in the Suzanne Cory High School community.
