Table Tennis Success for Senior Girls!

On July 24th, our boys and girls senior table tennis headed to the Dandenong Table Tennis Association’s large hall to compete against teams from other schools. 

The hall is equipped with 16 competition-standard tables where national and international champions of the sport emanating from Melbourne have competed over many years. Lakeside College has been a regular participant in this mid-year interschool competition at the venue for about a decade, and we have had successes there in the past, particularly with our girls teams. 

This year, we carried on the tradition, by winning the Cardinia Senior Girls Division comp, and are proud recipient of another sports pennant to add to our collection. Congratulations to the girls!

Following their success, they will compete against the winners of other regions.
