Excitement Soars for our College Production - Mary Poppins Jr.

On Friday, 20 February, the Performing Arts Room was buzzing with anticipation as students gathered for the announcement of this year’s College Production. The room was completely filled, with students eager to discover what the production would be and to learn more about how they could get involved - whether in the cast, crew, or design team.

The energy in the room was palpable, with cheers and applause erupting as the big reveal was made. We captured the excitement in a short video and a few photos, showcasing the sheer number of students keen to take part in what promises to be another outstanding production under the expert leadership of Ms Lentini and her fabulous team.

This year, Mary Poppins will come to life on our stage! Students will have the chance to sing, dance, act and contribute to bringing this beloved story’s magical scenes to life. Whether your passion is performing, designing sets and costumes, or supporting behind the scenes, there’s a role for everyone in bringing Mary Poppins to our College community.

We cannot wait to see our talented students soar as high as Mary Poppins herself! Signed audition forms were due back today, and we are now looking forward to the auditions, with the final cast announcement to be made in the next few weeks.

Victorian State Schools Spectacular 2026

Congratulations to the following students who have been chosen as our amazing Mass Dance Troupe for the 2026 Victorian State Schools Spectacular.

The Victorian State Schools Spectacular is a huge annual performing arts show that brings together thousands of government school students from across Victoria. Featuring music, dance, singing, circus acts and live production, the Spectacular celebrates the incredible talent of Victorian students both on stage and behind the scenes.

In 2026, the Spectacular will take place on Saturday 29 August 2026 at John Cain Arena. We can’t wait to see these fabulous students perform their show-stopping moves in late August this year!
