Term 3 Highlights

Father's Day Soccer Night - Monday 4th of September, 2023

In celebration of Father's Day, we organised a Father's Day Soccer Night for all our amazing fathers and father figures. Thank you to Football Victoria for running a fun-filled soccer clinic for fathers and children of all ages and skill levels. 

This amazing night was concluded with a fathers-vs-children soccer match and delicious pizza baked by Sue from our school's canteen.

It was truly a night to remember!

Term 3 programs

Sewing class

Never a dull moment in this class, with our enthusiastic participants. Led by a very capable facilitator from Banksia Gardens Community Services, the participants have learnt many new skills and are now completing their own individual sewing projects.

Playgroup

Families and children are never bored in playgroup, with a variety of activities to cater for all interests and developmental stages. We are clearly seeing growth in all of our playgroup children. 

Community Cooking

A relaxed and casual environment for community members to come together, cook, socialise and share a meal.

English for Citizenship

This class is increasing with popularity amongst our wider community, with many joining in with hopes in passing the Australian Citizenship test. To attest to its success, a participant sat and passed the test! Well done and we hope to hear and witness more success stories in the near future.

English Conversation

'Practice makes progress'. Our participants are definitely reaping the fruits of their consistent attendance and engagement. Well done everyone!
