UHS Working Bee Wrap-Up! 🐝

Our Spring Working Bee at our Story Street Campus on Sunday 14th September was a huge success. Thank you to those who joined us, your energy, enthusiasm, and school spirit helped us achieve so much in just a few hours.
Together, we:
- Transformed our gardens with weeding and general clean--up
- Tackled maintenance jobs inside and outside the school, improving classroom spaces
- Completed special projects that gave our VCE decking area much-needed facelift
- Kept spirits high with a delicious BBQ, enjoyed by all our hardworking volunteers
It was wonderful to see families connecting, many meeting parents and carers from the same year level, and younger children joining in the fun under the watchful eyes of their parents. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of community pride.
Thank you again to everyone’s contribution, whether hands-on in the various areas during the Working Bee or through donations, our school is now looking brighter, cleaner, and more inviting for students to learn and grow.
We are so grateful for the support of our school community and looking forward to our next Working Plans. Planning is in progress!
