As we head toward the end of the year, stress can start to build, and that’s exactly why SPA-TEMBER is here. This month is all about preparing for year-end demands by making space for something that often gets overlooked: YOU.

We know the biggest barrier to self-care is time. It’s the most common reason people give for not doing it — “I just don’t have time.”

 

That’s why SPA-TEMBER is designed to fit into your life, not the other way around. You can do all three steps at once or spread them out through the day. Drop in and out as you need — once a day, or several times.
