We glimpse the sacred, the eternal time.

Creativity whispers, gentle and true, 

A gift of the Spirit, poured out anew. 

It touches the soul, it speaks without speech, 

A language of love that all hearts can reach.

In every note, in every part, 

We find God’s beauty, God’s own heart. 

For art is a prayer, a joy, a light, 

That deepens our hope and makes spirits bright.

Arts Festival Reflection

Last Friday  our community came together for our annual Arts Festival, and what an afternoon it was! Under the warmth of a beautifully sunny sky, more than 1,000 attendees gathered to celebrate the gifts and creativity of our students. The grounds were filled with colour, music, movement, and laughter as we shared in the power of the arts to uplift, inspire, and unite us.

The creative arts remind us that expression goes beyond words. Whether through music, dance, drama, or visual design, our students offered pieces of themselves, generously sharing their talents and passions. It was a joy to see their confidence shine, and to watch their work bring delight and wonder to family, friends, and our wider community.

An event of this scale is only possible through the tireless efforts of so many people. We offer our heartfelt thanks to the staff and volunteers who prepared, organised, and supported every detail. Your commitment ensured that our Arts Festival was not only a showcase of creativity, but also a celebration of belonging and community spirit.

Our Arts Festival has truly become a much-loved annual event, one that brings our whole community together in celebration. It is a wonderful opportunity to welcome new families into the warmth of our College and to showcase the spirit that makes our community so unique. Most importantly, the festival offers every student the chance to participate, whether on stage, in the gallery, or behind the scenes, ensuring that all voices and talents are celebrated as part of this shared experience.

As we reflect on this special day, we are reminded of the gift of coming together to celebrate the unique and God-given talents of each person.
