Our Year 7 EAL students spent the last three weeks of Term 2 immersed in a captivating poetry unit. They explored various poetic styles, from "Months of the Year" to the classic "Sonnet 18" and the poignant "Mother to Son," all as part of building individual poetry portfolios. This unit was a huge success, with students demonstrating enthusiasm for crafting poems and articulating their thoughts creatively. We're delighted to present a selection of their fantastic work to the Highvale community!
