Olympic Week 

Olympics Week Guest Speaker – Olympian Ashleigh Brennan 

On Tuesday August 6th and as a part of our Olympics Week celebrations, we were treated to a visit from our very own MGC Alumnus and 2-time Olympian Ash Brennan! 

Ash graduated from Melbourne Girls’ College in 2008 and has represented Australia at the Commonwealth Games in 2006 and 2010 in addition to her Olympic Games selection in 2008 and 2012. She spoke about the challenges of balancing her training and schoolwork as a student and shared some of the highlights of her amazing gymnastics career! Thanks Ash – you are such a superstar, and we are so grateful you made the time to come and share some of your journey with us.
