National Young Leaders Day
The College Captains Brady Symons and Tom Francis, and Vice Captains Amber Gibb and Mylee Turner, attended the National Young Leaders Day on the 27th of March at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. They listened to many inspiring leaders who are pioneers in their fields, such as actress Catherine Lagaʻaia, who has been cast as Moana in the upcoming live-action film Moana, author Adrian Beck, the creator of Push-up Challenge Nick Hudson, and Jacqui Bell, who is the youngest person to run an Ultra Marathon on all 7 continents. The students also had the opportunity to interact with the speakers and ask them questions.
Handwriting Competition
Our first handwriting competition was held on the 30th of March. This competition acknowledges students who write legibly and beautifully in their schoolwork and promotes good handwriting among students. All the participants will receive certificates, and the winners will additionally receive House Points and canteen vouchers.
