A five week program for parents or carers to learn strategies & tools (not just theory) to improve communication, manage conflict, and strengthen your relationship with your teen.

This program is designed to support parents and carers who would like to:

✔ Improve communication with their teen

✔ Reduce conflict at home

✔ Build stronger family connections

✔ Better understand teenage emotions and behaviour

✔ Learn practical tools and strategies that actually work

 

Throughout the program, we will also explore important real-life topics affecting families today, including:

📱 Social media pressures

🚫 Setting boundaries and managing devices

👥 Toxic friendships

💬 Bullying

😟 Anxiety, emotions and school stress…and much more.

 

The program provides practical, evidence-based strategies to help parents feel more confident in supporting their teenager’s emotional wellbeing and development.

Frankston Youth Services are excited to host a powerful and energising workshop: Female Empowerment - led by Georgie from Kinetic Connectionsand supported by Frankston City Council’s Senior Youth workers

 

Designed specifically for young female identifying women aged 14–24, this session navigates the real pressures young people face, from perfectionism and expectations to self‑doubt and confidence wobbles.

 

Georgie creates a safe space where you can be yourself, connect with others, and explore practical tools, to help you understand pressure, build self‑belief, and feel more grounded in who you are. Whether you’re dealing with school or work stress, social pressure, or just trying to figure things out, this workshop offers support, and community.
