Grade 3 News

nother busy fortnight has passed by, the students continue to read and analyse Finding our Heart by Thomas Mayo. They have been drawing upon their knowledge of the text to write a book summary and personal opinion review.  

We were excited to conduct surveys and learn information about our peers in the Data Investigations unit. For the rest of term the Grade Three's will be focusing on the orders of operation.  

As always the students are strongly encouraged to record their home reading and to bring their diary in weekly.  

As a school we are celebrating The Feast of the Sacred Heart this Friday and we warmly invite our families to join us. We also have coin collections going in our classrooms. This is so each classroom can purchase a warm blanket in support of the winter appeal.
