Nomination 1:  Curtis - For making a big effort to show that you are listening to the teacher. Making eye contact, ignoring distractions and contributing to conversations at the right time is what a Responsible Learner does. Keep it up! 

 

Nomination 2: Kili -  Nominated by her peers for being a good friend in the playground. Kili, you are a Bucket Filler and people feel better being around your sunshine and kindness!

Nomination 1:  Saanvi – For consistently working to the best of your ability during learning time and taking great pride in the presentation of your work. Your positive attitude and dedication make you a delight to have in 3A. 

 

Nomination 2:    Carter – For excellent research on famous Australian landmarks. You found a range of interesting facts about each location and presented your work beautifully, using excellent images to showcase the landmarks.

Nomination 1:  Harry - For demonstrating great maths knowledge during our addition unit. Well done, Harry! 

 

Nomination 2: Kendrick - For researching and creating a wonderful Australian Landmarks poster! You took your time, put the effort in, and it really shows! Great job, Kendrick!

Nomination 1: Riley K - For your terrific work on your information reports over the last few weeks. You have done an excellent job of becoming an expert on your topics; as well as presenting them attractively in the format required.

 

Nomination 2: Chris - For your enthusiasm for maths. You have demonstrated a consistently hardworking approach to Mathematics and your progress with fractions and decimals is a reflection of this.

Nomination 1: Rosie - For your dedication to writing a descriptive historical narrative and being a successful learner by scaffolding your writing by uplevelling choosing vivacious vocabulary and engaging the reader. Well done!

Nomination 1: Fredrik - For your courtesy, friendliness, and caring nature. You consistently show consideration for those around you, and your positive attitude is appreciated by both your peers and teachers. Well done, Fredrik!

You consistently produce work of an exceptionally high standard and always show a strong willingness to challenge yourself and continue improving. Your kindness and your thoughtful personal goodbyes each day never go unnoticed and reflect your wonderful nature. Well done, Reid!

Nomination 1: Kim Kim (5B) - For writing Indonesian numbers with passion and resilience, as well as supporting your peers effortlessly! Bagus sekali, Kim Kim!

 

Nomination 2:  Samuel Lal (5B) - For always showing great interest in learning Indonesian and helping Bu Sia and your peers without being asked. You are bagus, Samuel! 

EAL

Nomination 1: Melki (5A) - For your awesome effort in our sessions this week! Your level of focus and contribution was fantastic! Keep it up Melki! 

 

Nomination 2: Kianna (2D) - For contributing positively to our discussions and showcasing your learning development. Well done on completing your extra homework so quickly too Kianna!
Performing Arts 

Nomination 1: Fredrik (6B) - For generously giving up some of his playtime to help tune the ukuleles in preparation for Performing Arts lessons. His willingness to assist and contribute to the success of our music program is greatly appreciated and demonstrates a wonderful sense of responsibility and teamwork. 

 

Nomination 2: Penny (2B) - For confidently sharing your knowledge of music notation, including note names, note values, and rhythms such as crotchets and minims, with the class. Your willingness to help others learn and your enthusiasm for music are admirable. Thank you for being a supportive classmate and helping others grow in confidence and understanding. 

Visual Arts
