Primary Broadmeadows District Cross Country
On Thursday 2 May, the Primary Cross Country team competed at the Broadmeadows District Cross Country event. Thirty two students from our school participated and gave it their all. The event was a great opportunity for students to showcase their abilities and compete against other schools in our district.
It was inspiring to see everyone performing their best and pushing themselves to reach the finish line. I would like to congratulate all the students who participated in the event and thank Mr Munro, Mr Nevill for helping at the excursion.
Aitken College finished in 1st place out of the 16 schools who participated on 658 points, followed by Gladstone Views Primary School on 538 points and Westmeadows Primary School on 442 points.
Congratulations to the following students progressing through to the Division Cross Country on Wednesday 5 June.
