Course Confirmation

During Terms 2 and 3 we worked together (students, tutors & families) on course investigation, planning and selection for 2025. The final stage of this process is a day know as Course confirmation day.

As per our Calendar of key dates, the Course Confirmation dates for this year are:

Thursday 21st November will be:

· Year 10 2024 -> Year 11 2025

· Year 11 2024 -> Year 12 2025

Friday 22nd November will be:

· Year 8 2024 -> Year 9 2025

· Year 9 2024 -> Year 10 2025

This means there will be no Year 10 classes running on Thursday 21st of November, and no Year 8 or 9 classes running on Friday 22nd November. These classes will be cancelled on Compass.

Note: Year 11 classes are already finished by these dates.

On the day, students are given a time to have a short meeting with their Tutor, where together they will:

· Receive your subject allocation for 2025

· Confirm the course selections and discuss next steps if any changes are requested

These appointments are with students and Tutors only. Families who would like to be involved in the conversation should ask their child to call them at the time of the appointment.

All students and families have been sent an email with detailed information about the day and their allocated course confirmation appointment time.
