Grandparents'/Special People Morning

There were so many happy faces at Grandparents' /Special People Morning last week. 

A very special thank you to all the families who generously sponsored books for our library. We raised over $1,800, adding 120 books to our shelves! 

Help needed for contacting

The students are bursting to read their new books. If you can help with contacting, please pick up a bag of books from our library. We want to put these amazing books onto the shelves!

Celebrating 16 Wonderful Years

A special mention to a fabulous family who have been part of Port Melbourne Primary for 16 years! Ross & Janis have attended every Grandparents Day at PMPS since 2010. They have had five grandsons (Rhys, Dylan, Jude, Jack and Luke) attend PMPS. 

They often had to visit 4 grandsons in different classroom at the same time! 

“We used to share our time because, when they were all here, everything moved very quickly… requiring us to fairly share our time. Our favourite part of Port Melbourne Primary School has been seeing the wonderful teachers and the children happily going to school.” – Janis, grandmother to five PMPS students.

This was their final year visiting PMPS for Grandparents Day. We want to wish them well and thank them for being such a special part of our community.
