Thank you to the amazing volunteers Olivia, Alisha & Priscilla who helped PFA members Annalie, Amy, Sondhya, Callie & Kate at our wonderful Grandparents' Book Stall. It was lovely to see so many grandparents and special people come to see our school and support our Library. I know Miss Nicole was thrilled with the outcome - the best one yet!!!

Meet the PFA

I’d like to take this opportunity to introduce you to our amazing 2025 Parents and Friends Association (PFA) committee. This year, we are fortunate to have a wonderful group of women who are kind, supportive, and inclusive.

With children in various year levels across the school, each member brings a unique perspective, along with fresh ideas and enthusiasm for the year ahead. I am incredibly proud to have such a passionate and dedicated team alongside me.

Winter Solstice Disco

When: Friday 20 June, 5:30pm

The second PMPS Winter Solstice Festival will be held on Friday 20th June starting at 5:30pm. Let’s come together to celebrate the winter solstice with a selection of amazing food trucks, Bavarian style drinking hall, lantern walk, kids winter disco, roving performers and some all round fun.

Lantern walk at 5:30pm

Stemming from Northern European traditions, children can show their creativity with their hand made lanterns (BYO lanterns). After the lantern walk, enjoy the glowing entertainers.

Winter Disco (2 sessions for maximum enjoyment, $15 a ticket)

• Session one 6-7pm for the Community, Preps, Grades 1-2
• Session two 7.15-8.15pm for Grades 3-6.

The PFA will have a stall of glowing fun to make the disco have an extra pop!

Food & drinks

There will be a selection of food trucks to suit everyone, think hot chips, pizza, sushi, German sausage (bratwurst), paella, soup. 

• Pre-order sushi: 

  We are taking pre-orders for sushi so Mary & David can have it prepped, there will be limited amounts to purchase on the night so please order via the hub.

Keep warm inside the Bavarian-style drinking hall in the gym, where you can enjoy mulled wine, mulled cider, beer, wine and soft drinks. 

Don't forget BYO Coffee/Keep Cups. And remember no stilettos in the gym.

Trivia Night - help needed

Planning for our annual Trivia Night has commenced and to make the night a huge success we are now seeking donations which can be used for our online auction or on the night. 

Whether you, your business or a contact you know of can offer a product, service, experience or voucher, we would love to hear from you! 

PMPS families love to support both local businesses and families from our community. 

If you have a business which is not locally based and are keen to be involved, we would still love to hear from you! 

We look to source donations across various categories such as: food & beverage, product/merchandise, sport, health & fitness, photography, beauty, kids activities & experiences. The list goes on... 

We are also still seeking keen individuals to join our Donations Committee. 

Our events and fundraising efforts are simply not possible without the hard work which goes into obtaining donations and sponsorships.
