Winter Solstice Disco
When: Friday 20 June
Our Winter Solstice Festival was such a hit last year that we’re bringing it back! Join us on Friday 20 June from 5:30pm for a magical evening of lights, food and music.

Early pick ups
Just a reminder, if you need to pick up your child early for an appointment, please aim to do so just before recess or lunch. This helps minimise disruption to their learning and makes it easier to locate them before they head out to play.
- Recess: 11:10–11:30am
- Lunch: 1:40–2:30pm
Toilets for adults
If you need to dash to the loo while at school, please feel free to use the staff toilets in the School Office. The toilets in the school yard are for students only.
Bikes found
Two damaged mountain bikes have been left on the oval recently (outside of school hours). If one of them belongs to you, please let us know. Otherwise, we’ll take them to Back2Bikes for repair and repurposing.
Trivia Night Donations
Our PFA are busily planning our Trivia Night. To make our fundraising a success, we are seeking donations for our online auction and for prizes. If you run a business and can offer us donations of goods, services, experiences, tickets or 'money can't buy' offerings (or know someone who does), we would truly love the support. Find out more.
Assemblies
In Term 2, assemblies will be held every second week, except for Week 8 (King's Birthday) at 2:50pm. The last assembly for the term will be held on 23 June.
Student free days
Our staff planning and report writing days are booked in for the year. Students are not required to attend school on the following days:
- Term 2: Friday 6 June
- Term 4: Friday 21 November and Monday 8 December
You can book into the TeamKids vacation care program on this day.
Camps
- Year 3 – Mt Evelyn, 12-13 June 2025
- Year 4 – Camp Jungai, 27-29 October 2025
- Year 5 – Marysville, 1-3 September 2025.
Dress up days
- Term 2: Bastille Day – last week of Term 2
- Term 3: Book Week – late August
- Term 4: Arts Day – Tuesday 11 November
Year 6 Graduation
Year 6 families, come and celebrate your child graduating on Thursday 11 December.
