Preps

I can’t believe we have made it to the end of another term! Can you believe our Preps only have one more term left of their very first year of school? What an incredible year it has been so far!

One of the major highlights of the past couple of weeks was Book Week. Everyone made an amazing effort to come dressed as their favourite book characters, and it was wonderful to see the creativity and enthusiasm from all of our students. Everyone looked fantastic!

The students were especially excited to team up with their Year 6 buddies for a special Book Week scavenger hunt. Working together, students travelled around the school searching for clues and using their problem-solving skills to decipher a mystery sentence. It was wonderful to see the Preps and their buddies working together, encouraging one another and having lots of fun along the way.

A huge thank you to all of our wonderful parents and families for the effort and support you have put in throughout the term. We have had a very busy few weeks, with lots of dress-up days, swimming organisation every day during Week 5, and our exciting excursion coming up next week. Your support and preparation have helped everything run so smoothly, and it is very much appreciated.

As I look back to the beginning of the year, I am so proud of how far each and every Prep has come. They have grown so much, both in their learning and as individuals, and they are becoming more confident and independent each day. It has been wonderful to watch them develop and flourish throughout the year.

I am looking forward to seeing our Preps soar in their learning during their final term. I can’t wait to see all that they will achieve as they continue to grow, learn and prepare for the exciting next chapter of their school journey!
