As we approach the end of another successful year, we want to ensure all families are well prepared for the start of 2026. Below are key updates on uniform shop hours, school office closures, and other important information to help you plan for the new year.

Uniform Shop Opening Hours

Uniforms are conveniently stocked on campus, and during the school term, the shop operates on the following days:

• Monday: 8:30 am – 10:30 am
• Wednesday: 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Additional 2025/26 Opening Hours

To assist families with uniform purchases before the new school year, the shop will also open on the following dates:

• Tuesday 9th December 2025: 8:30am – 9:30am
• Monday 19th January and Tuesday 20th January 2026: 10:00am – 3:00pm
• Wednesday 28th January: 2:00pm – 4:00pm

Parent Payment Arrangements

To provide the best possible education and support for our students, we graciously ask families for a financial contribution each year. These contributions enable programs such as:

• Advanced learning programs such as Robotics, Mandarin, STEAM, and Multimedia.
• Intervention and support programs, including Targeted Student Learning (TSL), English as an Additional Language (EAL), and Allied Health Services (Speech Pathologist, Counsellor, and Educational Psychologist).

This year, your support has allowed us to undertake significant projects, such as installing reverse cycle air-conditioners in the gymnasium, replacing the asphalt in the turning circle, continuing the development of the new Year 6 area, and upgrading and installing new fencing around the school.

For 2026, planned projects include updating the children’s classroom furniture, refurbishing the bathrooms in the Early Learning Centre and installing a large LED screen in the gymnasium. Your contributions truly make a difference!

Stationery Packs

Stationery packs containing all necessary supplies and a library bag for specialist classes will be provided to all students on their first day of school – these will not be available for collection this year, as has been possible in previous years. Instead, they will be distributed by the classroom teachers. 

School Office Closure

The school office will close on Friday, 19th December 2025, at 4:00pm, and will re-open on Monday, 19th January 2026, at 8:30am.
