Fyn (Year 6) enjoys creating songs in particular, rap songs. Recently he wrote a song for Mrs. Marescaux (pronounced Maresco), I trust you enjoy it just as much as the staff and I have: 

For Mrs Marescaux

In primary school we’ve learnt a lot 

But Mrs Marescaux, you’ve hit the spot

You helped our minds think big and wide

Every lesson, you’re our guide.

You’ve helped our bodies move and play

With fun and energy every day.

You’ve taught us balance strength and care

To stand tall and be aware.

You’ve helped us grow in every way

With kind support and the funny things you say

You’ve made us laugh and you’ve cheered – even when we felt small and

Helped us stand proud and tall.

You’ve made us laugh, you’ve helped us try

You’ve shown us how to reach the sky

You’ve helped us be the best

With heart and courage we’re truly blessed. 

So I thank you from all of us

For guiding gently without a fuss

You’ve made our time in school so cool

We’ll miss you lots from primary school!
