Health & PE Week

We’re excited to share highlights from our recent Health and PE Week, a busy and energetic week celebrating fitness, teamwork, and well-being! Our community came together in full force, with a fantastic mix of activities for everyone to enjoy and participate in.

 

The week kicked off with morning sessions in the fitness centre, open to all for a great start to the day. Each day, students had the chance to test their knowledge in our daily quiz, with prizes awarded for correct answers.

Competitive spirit was high throughout the week with various tournaments, including Staff vs. Year 12 Netball and Basketball games, a 3 v 3 Basketball Competition, Volleyball, Dodgeball, and a Rowing Competition. It was wonderful to see students cheering each other on and showing sportsmanship at every event.

 

We also hosted a Steps Challenge, encouraging everyone to track their steps and stay active. Students also enjoyed skipping everyday at recess and a Padlet featuring nutritious meal ideas to inspire healthy eating.
