Student Well-Being Support

University High School’s wellbeing team provides short-term mental health support as well as practical strategies to students to help maintain a positive mindset.  

 

We understand at times school can be difficult for our students - so it is important that we take care of ourselves not only physically, but emotionally and mentally.
