Did you know that the gaming industry makes more than double the amount of money that the music and film industry combined makes? Our children are often exposed to this industry. Well I’ve got an excellent podcast recommendation for you - Chris Kohler: How We Got Here. He recently did a terrific episode on the history of economies of videogames. He discusses how big businesses use powerful psychological manipulation to influence young people in their game addictions. Think loot boxes and micro-transactions. Entertaining and informative!
