Student achievements

Congratulations to the following students

Pictured above: Sophia Cook, Amber Morrisby, Lucy Holeywell, Summer Brasnja and Sofia Palermo (Year 7), who represented Tasmania on the U13 girls' state team at the State of Origin Soccer Tournament in Bundoora, Victoria – the home of the Matildas. The students should be very proud to have secured a spot on Tasmania's 26-player squad and they put in a fantastic effort throughout the tournament, which ran from 23-25 September.

Maddie Stanton, Annabelle Pritchard (Year 6), Charlotte Pritchard, Ruby Robinson and Mia Brooks (Year 8) – players on the U14 state hockey team, the Diamond Backs – who emerged victorious in their Southern Hockey League Junior Grand Final against the North West Grads. We are very proud of these students for clinching the win with a nail-biting penalty shoot-out! Exciting stuff!
