Key dates 

As we approach the end of Term 3, please take note of some key dates to ensure a smooth transition into the holiday break and the start of Term 4.

Please note, Outside of School Hours Care will continue to operate at the College on Friday 27 September. For bookings and more information on this service, contact CatholicCare directly on 1300 119 455.

Please also note Reception and Student Services at the College will be closed on Friday 27 September while all staff attend Staff Spirituality Day.

General reminders:

Office hours 

During the term break, the Student Services office will be open from 9.00am to 3.00pm, Monday to Friday.

The office will return to normal hours on Monday 14 October for the start of Term 4 (students resume on Tuesday 15 October).

During the school term, the College office is open from 8.0am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Uniform Shop | School holiday opening hours 

The St Mary's College Uniform Shop will close for the Term 3 school holidays on Thursday 26 September at 4.00pm.

Additional Term 4 trading hours: Monday 14 October, 11.00am–3.00pm

The shop will return to normal hours on Tuesday 15 October, 8.00am–4.00pm. 

Please note, the shop will be closed for the Hobart Show Day public holiday on Thursday 24 October. 

Throughout the term, opening hours are: 

Tuesday, 8.00am–4.00pm

Thursday, 8.00am–4.00pm

You are welcome to purchase from the online uniform shop at your convenience and your order will be filled when the store is next open.
