Hair with Heart

Year 10 Student, Lucinda Slegers is donating her hair to the Variety Children’s Charity.  

Luci has been growing her hair out this year and is cutting it all off this week to donate to children suffering from permanent hair loss due to medical conditions.  There’s still time to donate; the following is from Luci’s donation page; 

I'm doing the Hair with Heart challenge and I need your help! 

I’ve made the decision to take on the Hair with Heart challenge again as i did in 2021 to help change lives!  Variety – The Children’s Charity supports kids who are sick, experiencing disadvantage or living with a disability.  

I will be fundraising to help raise vital funds for Australian kids in need, including kids who are experiencing permanent hair loss from medical conditions such as alopecia and cancer.  

Every gift, no matter the amount, makes a difference.
