We’re excited to celebrate some recent successes from our French programs!
Some of our Year 9 students from the French First Language program (CNED), along with a few Year 10 students, recently sat the DELF B2 exam. This internationally recognised diploma, issued by the French Ministry of Education, is a requirement for entry into French universities. Our students worked diligently to prepare for this challenging exam, and we wish them all the best as they await their results later this year.
Meanwhile, students from Years 7 to 10 participated in the Berthe Mouchette French Poetry Competition and achieved some fantastic results!
Congratulations to Cici Cao (8B) and Kiara Makhijani (8C), who both received perfect scores in the first round and qualified for the finals, where they had to recite a French poem from memory. Félicitations à vous deux!
Congratulations also to Patrick Mills (10D) and Qinger Wu (10F), who made it to the finals of the Year 10 competition. Bravo et bonne chance à vous deux!
Well done to all our students for their enthusiasm and hard work!
