Engineers Without Borders Year 7 Workshops
To supplement their investigations into mixtures and separation techniques, our year 7 students were treated to some STEAM workshops run by Engineers without Borders volunteers. They explored different ways clean water was obtained around the world, and presented students with a group challenge to produce the cleanest water they could from a dirty water source. Students learnt about the importance of budgeting, creative thinking and collaboration both within and between groups.
Thank you to the amazing volunteers from RMIT for these workshops!!
