Co-curricular, Sport and Catch Up Photo Day

When: Wednesday 2nd September 2026 (Week 7)

Venue: ORC 

Students are to report to the ORC five (5) minutes before the scheduled time.

Uniform requirements for the day are as follows:

Please check the Groups/Teams lists that were sent out.
Check Uniform expectations below. If not listed speak with your Specialist Teacher.
Non-sports groups - students are required to wear their FULL WINTER uniform (white College socks for girls no stockings please).
Students who are in any sports group photos may attend school in Full College Sports Tracksuit.
No jewelery or makeup etc, as per usual College Guidelines.

Sports teams	Full PE Tracksuit. School appropriate sneakers.

These photos are for the Koinonia so it is vital that students attend in the correct uniform with excellent personal presentation standards. Failure to comply with uniform regulations and presentation expectations may result in students not being included in the photos.

Individual Portrait Photo Catch Up

If you did not have an individual portrait photo taken on our College Photo Day, you must attend the catch-up photo session.

Catch-up photos will take place Wednesday, 2 September in the ORC. Please see below to see what time you are required to attend.

You must wear full Winter College uniform. Your hair and personal presentation needs to be immaculate.
