Semester 1 Academic and Endeavour Awards
At the end of Semester 1, all classroom teachers and staff running extension programs were asked to nominate students from their classes and programs based on two criteria for the Semester 1 Academic Awards. The two criterion are our college motto- ‘Excellence and Endeavour’. That is, staff nominated students based on academic excellence (the highest achieving students in their class or program) and academic endeavour (those working at their personal best- those working the hardest). At the beginning of Semester 2 the nominated students who consistently exhibited academic excellence were recognised at a special awards assembly.
