Highlighting 7B 

Welcome to 7B! We have had an incredibly busy start to 2026, with the adjustment to secondary school, getting laptops, going on school camp, completing NAPLAN, and all of the other learning we have fit in somewhere in between. 7B is a lively group, always ready to have a laugh and a chat to just about anyone. In English, we are exploring their creativity with a writing unit, and it has been amazing to read their ideas and watch them be expanded on. I am excited for what looks like will be an excellent year ahead – bring on 2026!

ENGLISH

7B have made a strong start and willingness to contribute to class discussions. Students are developing their reading and writing skills, with a focus on building confidence and expressing their ideas clearly. It has been great to see their engagement and progress so far.

TEXTILES

7B have been busy working on their aprons in Textiles which are looking colourful and well constructed.

HUMANITIES

In Humanities students have been exploring key geographical concepts and building their understanding of the world around them.

MATHS

7B students have been focusing on the division process, developing their understanding of each step and building confidence in solving problems accurately.
